Welcome
Let's try some electronic collaboration. This will bring the Partnership Prinicples to a new level! I invite you to use this blog to share comments, questions, observations, quotations, etc. as we all grow in our coaching role.
As I reflected on our last meeting (as I am wont to do), I want to say "Rome wasn't biult in a day." We had such a good conversation about observing/feedback, but it was a heavy topic. We all know there's a lot to do in your lives.
